This certified Passive House is located in a very remote corner of the Western Lake District and was particularly challenging logistically. Built on the site of an old fishing lodge, this building is on the edge of a river flood plane and therefore sits off the ground on a steel frame. It has a large solar array, battery storage and an LED water treatment plant.
