A deep retro fit of a Lake District property in need of some TLC. The floor was insulated with Jute Hemp fibre, the walls with a combination of Diathonite Evolution and Gutex wood fibre board finished with Lime Green Solo plaster. Triple glazed windows and doors were installed along with a whole house MVHR system and the airtightness was brought down from over 20 to 0.6ach/hr@50Pa.
