A deep retro fit of a masonry built 60's property, leaving the appearance and feel of the building the same but dramatically altering its performance, taking the airtightness from over 25ach/hr down to 2ach/hr. Jute hemp fibre insulation and Diathonite Evolution were used and a Fresh-R MVHR system was installed.
